Procurement Management

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of required materials and services.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track and analyze inventory usage, turnover rates, and demand trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the inventory management system.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and suggest process improvements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing trends, inventory performance, and supplier metrics.
  • Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and sales projections.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Support management with data and insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
