Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring data accuracy across all materials and finished goods. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of inventory management procedures, procurement, and logistics to ensure consistent supply and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records for Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), and Factory Supplies.
  2. Monitor and report inventory levels, deliveries, and shortages to superiors and concerned departments.
  3. Coordinate and conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  4. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  5. Forecast supply needs based on trends, demand patterns, and established stocking levels (SL).
  6. Prevent overstocking and stockouts (OS) by balancing supply and demand effectively.
  7. Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control regulations.
  9. Utilize inventory management software and NAV systems to track and analyze inventory trends and performance.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure inventory targets and company goals are met.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management procedures and software.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting inventory audits.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
