DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's business strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships for growth and expansion.

Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and performance review processes.

Represent the company in key industry events, client engagements, and partnerships.

  1. Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure project efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that drive performance and compliance.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure targets are achieved.

Ensure compliance with all government regulations, permits, and statutory requirements related to renewable energy operations including environmental, safety, labor, and local government standards as well as with the rules and reporting obligations of DOE, DENR, DOLE, and other relevant regulatory agencies.

  1. Financial and Business Performance

Manage company budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.

Analyze financial reports and operational data to guide strategic decisions.

Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and productivity.

Approve major expenditures, project bids, and procurement requests.

  1. People and Organizational Development

Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to strengthen organizational capability.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure proper manpower planning, recruitment, and training in coordination with HR.

Promote employee engagement and uphold company values and ethics.

  1. Client and Stakeholder Relations

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Oversee negotiation and approval of contracts and major agreements.

Address client concerns and ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.

  1. Risk and Compliance Management

Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Oversee audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS:


•Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's Degree (MBA) preferred.


•Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, ideally within SMEs or entrepreneurial organizations in the renewable energy or engineering/construction industry, with a proven record of driving profitability, business growth, and operational excellence.


•Entrepreneurial Qualities: Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a business, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth initiatives, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset, and the outlook and capability to act as a strategic partner or future part-owner of the business.


•Skills:
