Job Description
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed system and business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate change management across all phases of project implementation.

Documentation & Communication

  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technology documentation to support system delivery.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and shareholders.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users and stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Subject Matter Expertise

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
  • Enhance operational procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Prioritize and categorize requests to minimize system disruptions and ensure effective service delivery.

Project Support & Data Analysis

  • Assist in the implementation of projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Use data analysis tools to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
  • Act as a key contributor in agile environments, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the technology or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), especially in agile and dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple projects using varied technology methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and delivering business value through technology.
