Job Description
As a Post Closing Administrator, you will support the Post Closing Team by managing documentation, monitoring loan pipelines, ensuring investor compliance, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about organization, compliance, and seamless loan processing.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 5 years of experience in mortgage closing and/or post-closing activities.
- Experience using loan origination and/or servicing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, providing professional and courteous support to internal employees and external vendors.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist the Post Closing Team with administrative tasks related to closed loans.
- Review daily investor reports and portals to track suspended loans and new conditions, logging suspense notifications and documenting key dates.
- Monitor a pipeline to ensure all shipped loans are conditioned or purchased in a timely manner.
- Review closed loan files to determine if suspense items are present and submit them to investors for review and curing.
- Upload and file documents into internal systems and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and clients to obtain documentation for curing suspense items.
- Prepare and provide Post Consummation Closing Disclosures and refund checks as needed following regulatory guidelines.
- Process collateral requests with warehouses and send notifications to Secondary Marketing when eligible for allocation.
- Process requests for Pay History on aging loans through the Loan Servicing Department.
- Build knowledge of both Agency and Investor guidelines, as well as State and TRID regulations.
- Monitor shared inboxes and route emails or requests to appropriate team members.
- Assist in generating reports or summaries as requested.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the efficiency of the Post Closing Team.
