YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Inspire, and develop a team Total Rewards Benchmarking Experts/Senior Experts, handling 95 countries in total.
  • Provide excellent consultative guidance to Country TR Experts globally on Benchmarking topics.
  • Serve as the anchor expert for ASEAN and North Central Eastern Europe Country Clusters – partnering with the respective TR Leads on benchmarking topics for their clusters.
  • Lead Global Total Rewards Benchmarking projects and programs or contribute to broader Total Rewards projects and programs.
  • Spearhead process improvement within the Total Rewards Benchmarking space, with focus on harmonisation, standardisation, and automation.
  • Responsible for the consistency, quality, and integrity of the Total Rewards Benchmarking process globally, in collaboration with the GPO.
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders including Global Process Owners, Divisional TR Leads, Regional TR Heads, and Country TR Experts.
  • Ensure alignment of initiatives regionally and globally among various stakeholders.
  • Capitalise on people, relationships, and trust to impart knowledge and sustain a culture of continuous learning – not just within the manila team, but the global TR community.
  • Continuously look out for key market trends by participating in Total Rewards Community events, and share the insights gathered to ASEAN and Global TR.
  • Serve as the company representative in the local Total Rewards Community in the Philippines.

Who You Are

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably with strong focus on HR or quantitative/mathematical analysis.
  • Proven track record in Total Rewards Management – with strong focus on market benchmarking and analysis – either in a Global Company, or as an HR Consultant (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, AON, Birches Group, etc.)
  • Proven track record in leading a high-performance team
  • Strong ability to devise and develop high complexitysolutions with little oversight
  • Excellent knowledge of market trends in the HR environment
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to derive clear solutions/recommendations to complex topics
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other IT applications
  • Fluent in English for direct communication with Global, Regional and Country TR Experts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge in organisational methods and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule adherence
