Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate financial data within the company's systems

  • Perform detailed data categorization and reconciliation for e-commerce client accounts

  • Handle specialized bookkeeping tasks requiring human oversight

  • Support financial data processing for multiple US-based e-commerce brands

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial entries

  • Collaborate with the operations team to maintain service quality

  • Adapt to new systems and workflows as automation expands

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or financial processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

  • Ability to work Sunday–Thursday on Israel time (GMT+3)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

  • Quick learner with ability to master new financial systems and tools

  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home-office setup

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office / G-Suite, and Slack
