This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • 40 hours per week

Scope:

  • Remote work, with consistent availability during specified hours
  • Potential for schedule adjustments based on business needs
  • Regular performance reviews and opportunity for skill development
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily searches across multiple online platforms to gather relevant business information
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Process and submit information through various online systems
  • Manage and update your calendar, ensuring efficient time management
  • Follow up on tasks and maintain consistent communication with the team
  • Organize and file digital documents in a structured manner
  • Assist with basic research tasks to support business operations
  • Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in online research and data mining techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
