Key Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership of the development lifecycle of automating processes: Define, Develop, Deploy and Hypercare Support for automation opportunities
  • Maintenance of implemented tools
  • Owners during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues (Resolving Application Errors)
  • Change Management Request Support
  • Create Documentation on Completed/Deployed Solutions
  • Create and Document Test Procedures and Scenarios
  • Support Operational Teams
  • Conduct Enablement Sessions as needed (ex.Botcamps)
  • Participate in Daily Stand-ups, Planning Sessions, Design Thinking, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or similar area
  • Experience with one or more general programming languages including but not limited to: VBA, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with IBM RPA, watsonx technology is a plus
  • Experience working with Web Application Development and Machine Learning would be an asset
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills - looking for an individual with high drive and demeanor to succeed
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross functional, virtual and international teams
  • Capable of establishing and delivering on multiple competing priorities and can work independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
  • Team Player with an optimistic can-do attitude
