We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Exigo Tech. As a Project Manager for Infrastructure and Applications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a variety of projects related to IT infrastructure and applications. This position requires a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

· Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and budget.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.

Infrastructure Management:

· Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet project requirements.

· Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure projects.

Application Development and Deployment:

· Manage projects related to application development, customization, and deployment.

· Work closely with development teams to ensure applications meet client requirements and quality standards.

· Coordinate testing and validation processes for applications.

Client Communication:

· Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding project status and updates.

· Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

· Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations.

Resource Management:

· Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and support.

· Collaborate with department managers to optimize resource utilization across projects.

Quality Assurance:

· Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and applications.

· Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

· Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders, executive leadership, and project sponsors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically within an MSP environment.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

· Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
