Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business, supply chain, or related course
  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Preferably with background in retail or store development
  • Knowledge in handling contracts, pricing, and supplier coordination
  • Experience in processing both manual and online purchase requests
  • Can analyze spending and support RFQ or bidding processes
  • Proficient in Excel; experience using any procurement system is a plus
  • Good at coordinating with suppliers and different departments
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Role Description

The Procurement Supervisor will lead and handle Store Development and R&M Non-Trade Procurement activities.

Role focuses on:

  • Primary responsible for contract management and price management.
  • Directly coordinates with end-users regarding contract implementation and compliance to policy.
  • Handles processing of offline (Manual PRs) and online Purchase Requisitions covering Store Development and R&M requirements.
  • Directly coordinates with new and old suppliers and Central Fixed Asset & Supplies (CFAS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules.
  • Provides spend analysis necessary for strategic procurement tendering and RFQ activities.
  • Collaborate with SM for sourcing and vendor accreditation.
  • Monitors RFQ and Standardization of Store Dev and R&M requirements through SKU enrollment.
