About the role

As the Procurement Supervisor at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's procurement operations within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry. In this full-time position based in Pasadena City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company's business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's operational and financial goals
  2. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services
  3. Oversee the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure optimal productivity and effectiveness
  4. Analyse purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements to enhance the procurement function
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to align procurement activities with the company's overall strategic priorities
  6. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  7. Develop and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and metrics to support decision-making and auditing requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and cost-optimization strategies
  3. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills
  4. Proficient in data analysis, procurement software, and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Ability to lead and develop a procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex procurement challenges
  7. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
