Must have at least not less than 5 (five) years experience in supervisory level or at least 2 (two) years management level position in an educational institution.
Must be a visionary and well verse in technology and STEM program curricula as the institution plans to introduce STEM and CODING enhance curriculum to its elementary class programs and expand into JHS class program.
Must be willing to sign at least a 2-3 years contract.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vision and Strategic Planning: Revisit and implement a school-wide vision, mission, and strategic plan to guide the school's direction and ensure alignment with educational goals.
- Staff Supervision and Evaluation: hire, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff, providing professional development opportunities and ensuring high standards of instruction.
- School Operations: oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and facility maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient school environment.
- Student Success: monitor student performance, implement strategies to improve learning outcomes, and support initiatives that foster academic and personal growth.
- Discipline and Behavior: establish and enforce school rules and policies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment, and addressing disciplinary issues as needed.
- Curriculum Development: work with teachers and school boards to design, implement, and update the curriculum, ensuring it meets international educational standards and prepares students for the future world of science, technology and AI era.
- Communication , Collaboration and Advocacy: with DEPED division and regional officials and LGUs where school operates and plans to expand on the requirements needed to process permits and licenses. Also collaborate with government offices like DOST or other institutions to help enhance class curricula and advocate for the school's needs and the students' interests, working with district administrators and community leaders to secure resources and support.
- Parent and Community Engagement: build relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration to support the school's mission.
- Emergency Preparedness: ensure the school has effective safety protocols and emergency response procedures in place.
- Security Measures: oversee security measures to create a safe learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Addressing Parent Concerns: respond to parent inquiries and concerns, working to resolve issues and ensure open communication.
- Guidance to Students and Teachers: guide and support students and teachers in times of crisis or when facing challenges.
- Inculcating Values and Good Behavior : create a positive learning environment.
NOTE: Currently school implements HYBRID CLASS teaching (both students online and F2F students are taught simultaneously) and all teaching materials are in ppt. The school plans to expand its ONLINE Academic Enhancement Programs (similar to online tutorial) outside its locality. (target: nationwide and also international where there are highly populated Filipino communities and student learners in need of enhancement class programs)

Pay: Php10, Php20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
