· Stock Movement and Inventory Control

  • Oversees stock control on a daily basis

  • Ensure effective and accurate use of SCM data systems to fulfil logistical and reporting requirements

  • Ensure implementation of SCM initiatives to include but not limited to operational improvements on warehouse management and data system accuracy projects.

  • Ensure regular and on time inventory process and immediately address issues where applicable

  • Work with the principal to ensure maintenance of effective days cover of products

  • Ensure effective goods handling based on set quality systems and good Warehousing practices (eg. FEFO and FIFO of goods to ensure quality of stocks)

  • Ensure consistent application of support tools and contingency planning initiatives that enable the identification of potential stock issues and actions to remedy, so as to minimize stock shortages.

  • Monitor distributor cost and recommend initiatives on efficient warehouse operations

  • Act as the single point of contact to Nestle Regional Customer Service champion in the implementation of key initiatives in Supply Chain Management

· Customer Service

  • Ensure implementation of set policies and procedures on goods delivery as determined by the Distributor Business Model

  • Ensure effective implementation of key initiatives that address continuous improvement on quality customer service levels

  • Work with the principal in providing effective feedback on issues on delivery and transport of goods

  • Work with principal in providing accurate data and effective feedback on customer service operations

  • Ensure effective and efficient transport operations and address issues where applicable

· People Management

  • Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and

competencies

  • Identify development needs and opportunities of team and ensure appropriate actions

are taken to address these

  • Formal appraisal and assessment of team in line with DPMS guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
