Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Metro Manila. The Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including managing client inquiries, providing customer service, facilitating property viewings, negotiating deals, and conducting sales activities. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
