Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist based in Metro Manila, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties to both local and international clients. Primary responsibilities include client engagement, offering property consultations, conducting property viewings, and building relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate industries to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle negotiations professionally.
  • A proactive and goal-driven attitude, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the property market in the Philippines and international property markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
