Property Specialist's Job Description

  • Consistently generate leads in order to close accounts.
  • Be present during work hours and during team meetings onsite.
  • Achieve annual quota through different sales activities.
  • Earn 2.5% commission per sale plus incentives.
  • 20,000php - 40,000php monthly allowance minimum. (Depending on experience)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus. (Minimum 72 units in college).
  • Excellent communications skills. Fluent in English and Tagalog.
  • Can commute or drive to office easily.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the team.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate properties is a plus.
  • Has own network that may be tapped anytime.
