teams, and delivering high-quality designs using advanced software tools. This position is critical for producing

What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using Revit and ArchiCAD software.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Create 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts effectively
Requirements
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a similar field is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD for creating detailed designs and models.
- Excellent technical drawing and 3D visualization skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address design and technical challenges.
