We are looking for an Architect to design and develop innovative architectural solutions, ensuring compliance with

project requirements and industry standards. The role involves creating detailed drawings, coordinating with project

teams, and delivering high-quality designs using advanced software tools. This position is critical for producing

functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client expectations.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using Revit and ArchiCAD software.
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Create 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts effectively

Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a similar field is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD for creating detailed designs and models.
  • Excellent technical drawing and 3D visualization skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills to address design and technical challenges.
