Responsibilities:
The Architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Socialized Housing Experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in socialized housing projects, demonstrating familiarity with the specific needs, standards, and challenges of this sector.
Land Development Knowledge
- Possess knowledge in land development, particularly in planning, site evaluation, and executing site-specific development tasks.
Design & Drawing Creation
- Utilize Revit and CAD software to create detailed designs, plans, and construction drawings that meet client and project specifications.
Project Management
- Lead project development from the pre-design phase through completion, collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate with engineers and other consultants to produce a complete and compliant set of construction documents that adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and applicable laws.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Engage with contractors, consultants, and government agencies to evaluate project feasibility, address environmental impacts, and ensure adherence to planning legislation.
- Manage budget discussions, prepare cost estimates, and support value engineering as necessary.
Client and Site Engagement
- Attend client meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
- Conduct site inspections and visits to monitor progress, verify compliance, and maintain project quality.
Sign and Seal Package
- Review, prepare, and officially sign and seal architectural documents, drawings, and plans as required by law for submission to relevant authorities and for construction implementation.
- Ensure that all signed and sealed documents comply with statutory, regulatory, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect – Must hold a valid PRC architectural license.
- Experience – Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in socialized housing and land development projects.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
- Professional Competencies – Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards; excellent project management and coordination skills.
