Responsibilities:

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

Socialized Housing Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in socialized housing projects, demonstrating familiarity with the specific needs and challenges of this sector.

Land Development Knowledge:

  • Ideally, the candidate should possess knowledge in land development, particularly in planning and executing site-specific development tasks.

Design & Drawing Creation:

  • Utilize Revit and CAD software to create detailed designs and drawings that meet client and project specifications.

Project Management:

  • Lead project development from the pre-design phase through completion. This includes collaborating with clients and consultants to provide insights and support, ensuring project goals are met.

Multidisciplinary Coordination:

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple disciplines to produce a comprehensive set of construction documents that comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and applicable laws.

Stakeholder Liaison:

  • Engage with construction professionals to evaluate project feasibility, address environmental impacts, and ensure adherence to local planning legislation. Manage budget negotiations and prepare cost estimates as required.

Client and Site Engagement:

  • Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and specialists. Make frequent site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect:

  • A valid architectural license is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in socialized housing and land development projects.
