Job Summary:

GAMA Foods Corporation is hiring a Training Supervisor to lead the employee development initiatives in our Bukidnon farms. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating training programs to ensure employees meet required competencies. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and willing to travel between farms within Bukidnon.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or training management experience
  • Proficient in POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling)
  • Strong skills in communication, data management, training assessment, and facilitation
  • Willing to stay in at the farm and travel across multiple farm sites in Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage training schedules and plans for farm employees
  • Assign employees to training programs based on competency needs
  • Facilitate and monitor employee assessments and evaluations
  • Lead the Pathway to Excellence training program and consolidate results
  • Gather feedback and insights from trainees and resource persons
  • Submit comprehensive training performance reports
