Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Supervisor located in Cagayan De Oro City. The Senior Supervisor will oversee daily operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include organizing tasks, ensuring that company policies and guidelines are adhered to, managing schedules, and addressing concerns from employees or customers. The Senior Supervisor will work closely with team members to achieve operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address both team and customer concerns effectively
  • Experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales operations
  • Proficiency in using technology for tracking performance and reporting tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to evolving business needs
