Job description

  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Create trust relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
  • Using various skip tracing methods to locate clients.
  • Interviewing clients telephonically to establish their ability to pay debt.
  • Overcoming stall tactics and objections and suggesting sources of money for debt payments.
  • Cooperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required by the management to run the business.

  • At least 6mos of experience
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,770.00 per month
