Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to clients, customers, or designated locations for collections and follow-ups.
  • Manage payment collection and ensure timely remittance to the company.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to support smooth collection activities.
  • Submit accurate and timely field reports, including updates on client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager and other team members for operational requirements.
  • Safeguard company property (e.g., issued cellphone) and ensure responsible usage.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate; college level or degree holder preferred.
  • Experience in fieldwork, collections, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field independently.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,200.00 per month
