chieve Collection Target

  • Execute collection plan prepared by Credit Admin Officer (CAO)
  • Prepares and checks availability of documents needed (open invoices, collection receipt, CAR, countered invoices, etc)
  • Secures all white/yellow copy invoice from CAO (for all customers assigned for collection)
  • Any and all discrepancies should be duly-noted & reported to AM's and Finance
  • Obtain all BIR Form 2307 from customers during collection and/or during availability for customers who withheld tax

Remittance Reports

  • Collection remittance report should be done accurately and completely and signed at the end of the day.
  • Fill-out Vault Deposit Form when depositing collections into the vault.Correct and complete collected cash & checks must be remitted/deposited to the bank/vault at the end of the day. Short collection & fake billsare to be settled by Collector,as per ALFA policy.
  • Send collection updates via FB messenger at the end of the day.
  • Duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Minimum acceptable qualifications for this job:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With Less than 1 year (Experience is not necessary)
  • With motorcycle
  • Can Start ASAP
  • Amenable to report in Cirvculo Verder, Bagumbayan, Quezon City and Igloo Manggahan Pasig City
