The Quezon City ID (QCID) Program is the official digital ID system of the Quezon City Government. It enables residents and qualified non-residents to access city services more efficiently while supporting data-driven governance, social protection, and digital transformation efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
System and Data Analyst
under the Systems, Operations, and Data Analytics Team of QCID, Quezon City Government. The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and improving QCID systems, analyzing operational and demographic data, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The role also includes managing system-related projects such as API integrations, module enhancements, and platform upgrades. Additional tasks include generating dashboards and reports, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical teams and end-users to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker)
  • Knowledge of database management, systems integration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing system projects, particularly integrations and enhancements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in process documentation and system support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with government processes or digital ID systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related field
