About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Creative Director to lead the integration of artificial intelligence into our content creation strategy. This role goes beyond execution — you will define the creative direction for how AI shapes our brand storytelling, developing high-impact visual and video content that resonates with our audience and drives business growth.

As the creative leader of this space, you will pioneer new ways of leveraging AI tools, mentor and inspire our creative team, and ensure that every asset reflects our commitment to innovation, beauty, and premium quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creative vision for AI-driven content across campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Lead AI content strategy, exploring cutting-edge tools and processes to elevate production quality, efficiency, and creative innovation.
  • Direct the conceptualization, execution, and delivery of high-production-value images and videos for campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to ensure content strengthens storytelling, drives engagement, and supports conversion goals.
  • Mentor and guide designers, editors, and creative partners, fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence in AI-enabled creativity.
  • Set benchmarks for creative excellence, establish workflows for scalable content generation, and continuously refine creative standards.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of trends in AI, design, and digital storytelling to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic creative leader who thrives at the intersection of art and technology. You have the creative vision of a director, the curiosity of an innovator, and the leadership skills to inspire others.

  • 7+ years of experience in creative direction, digital content creation, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual direction, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
  • Deep familiarity with AI creative tools (image, video, and generative content platforms) and the ability to push their boundaries.
  • Exceptional ability to translate abstract concepts into engaging, brand-right creative executions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience guiding creative teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for innovation in beauty, wellness, and digital culture.
