The RPA Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across the company. This role ensures automation projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned with business strategy, driving adoption, process optimization, and governance in collaboration with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full RPA project lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Define project scope, budget, timelines, and measurable success criteria
  • Partner with business SMEs, IT, and vendors to deliver automation value
  • Ensure delivery quality and compliance with CoE governance and IT controls
  • Lead UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support (hypercare)
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and solution design reviews
  • Promote automation pipeline governance, risk management, and KPI reporting
  • Oversee vendor deliverables, cost utilization, and resource capacity planning

Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of Project/Program Management experience in digital or automation initiatives
  • Proven RPA delivery experience using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, Lean process design, and IT governance (ITIL/COBIT)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment

Preferred

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
  • UiPath Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials
  • Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
  • Knowledge of OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, or Low-Code/No-Code platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
