Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end RPA projects using Agile/Waterfall, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Enforce automation governance, compliance (SOX, ITGC), and risk management standards.
  • Drive RPA adoption, process optimization, and change management initiatives across business units.
  • Manage vendors and internal teams, overseeing deliverables, performance, and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years' experience managing digital or RPA projects (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  • Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle, process re-engineering, and IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in global environments
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications, Shared Services experience, and knowledge of OCR, APIs, or Low-Code/No-Code tools
