About the Role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic
Corporate Funding Manager
to lead and manage the company's banking relationships and funding strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial liquidity and capital availability for ongoing and future real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, and capital market instruments, with a proven ability to secure funding in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement funding strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and financial plans.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with local and international financial institutions, banks, and capital market players.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure financing facilities such as term loans, credit lines, project financing, and other structured financial instruments.
  • Monitor and manage debt covenants, drawdowns, interest payments, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare financial models, loan proposals, and funding presentations to banks and investors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and financial products to optimize funding costs and terms.
  • Collaborate with project development, legal, and accounting teams to ensure proper fund allocation and utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records and reporting on all funding activities, bank facilities, and obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of
    5-7 years
    of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Experience may be gained across various banking sectors including commercial banking, investment banking, corporate treasury, development finance, capital markets, or any related banking sector.
  • Solid network and working relationships with major Philippine banks and financial institutions.
  • Experience with Philippine banks and financial institutions is preferred, however international banking experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financing and capital structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and credit evaluation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
