JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Assistant Accounting Manager or Assistant Finance Manager.
  2. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  3. Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  4. Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate in Filipino and/or the local dialect.
  6. Action-oriented and responsive to feedback, ensuring timely and positive outcomes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Prepare and submit Financial Reports to the Company President, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  2. Analyze and validate Financial Reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  3. Ensure timely submission and compliance of all financial reports as required by the Company President.
  4. Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to improve the company's financial condition.
  5. Develop and submit annual Financial Planning for the Corporate Office to the Company President.
  6. Submit financial data and documentation as requested by top management or the Company President.
  7. Oversee the Corporate Finance Department's cash integrity through regular cash counts and bank reconciliations.
  8. Ensure Billing Statements are accurately prepared, promptly billed, and efficiently collected.
  9. Maintain compliance with banking requirements and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  10. Manage corporate office funding, including consolidation of fund requirements and excess, and report to the Company President.
  11. Ensure proper handling of payables and timely disbursement of payments.
  12. Assist in the implementation of asset safeguarding programs, including asset tagging and inventory procedures.
  13. Recommend financial templates and forms that promote accountability and process efficiency.
  14. Oversee asset inventories, including quarterly PPE audits, non-consumable items, and other assets.
  15. Manage all aspects of FSFC Corporate Office Accounting, ensuring operational alignment and financial integrity
  16. Submit project-related financial requirements to support the achievement of corporate goals.
