About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our thriving Krispy Kreme team as Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate retail associates.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Provide hands-on leadership and training to retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks
  • Passion for the Krispy Kreme brand and a commitment to delivering a consistently high-quality experience
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
