SALES ASSOCIATE (MALE/FEMALE)

The Sales Associate (S.A.) is the Company's Frontline Representative to its valued customers. He/She carries the Company Name and as such is expected to render customer service which will delight and amaze its clients. Equipped with comprehensive product knowledge as well as effective salesmanship skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales
  • Merchandise Handling and Inventory Management
  • Store Planning
  • Compliance Safety and Maintenance
  • Cash Management

  • Will start at 6-months probationary (regular slot)
  • Shifting Mall hours (opening/midshift/closing)
  • Minimum rate with multiple incentives
  • Paid overtime works
  • Offers P100.00 allowance per day

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience in retail is a plus but not required
  • Computer Literate
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
