Job Role Summary:

The Project In-Charge / Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end management of solar project implementation. This includes planning, organizing, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of solar power system installations in accordance with project timelines, budgets, and technical standards. The role involves coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with local electrical and renewable energy regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in solar PV project implementation or construction project management.
  • Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar installation is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in reading electrical plans and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledgeable in solar PV system components (panels, inverters, mounting systems).
  • Willing to be assigned in province or travel to nearby project sites.
  • With valid driver's license is an advantage
