We are seeking a Construction Manager with strong expertise in permits processing and team leadership for solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project managers, engineers, and installation crews—and preferably hold a PMP certification.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead construction activities for solar projects from planning to commissioning.


• Manage and secure all required construction permits, ensuring full compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.


• Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and clients to expedite approvals.


• Supervise and mentor project managers and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.


• Track project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, implementing corrective measures when needed.


• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering, or related field (licensed engineer preferred).


• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction/project management in the solar or renewable energy sector.


• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and compliance requirements.


• Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.


• PMP certification preferred.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
