We are seeking a Junior BI & Reporting Support to join our Global Benefits team. You will support global and regional clients by maintaining benefits databases, developing dashboards, and delivering accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data for reporting and analytics.
  • Support revenue reporting, claims dashboards, and governance reporting.
  • Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting issues.
  • Assist with new BI tools, processes, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in BI, reporting, or analytics; employee benefits/insurance experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service mindset.
  • Basic financial knowledge and ability to work with revenue data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
