Join Us as an SAP BI/BW Analyst – Level 2

We're seeking an experienced SAP BI/BW Analyst (Level 2) to support the Global Business Intelligence team, providing administration, functional, and development support for SAP BW and global BI toolsets (Azure Data Factory, Power BI). You'll be part of a US healthcare leader with 90,000+ employees worldwide (including 700+ in the Philippines), helping deliver reliable insights that drive better decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Level 2 support for SAP BW systems and BI tools
  • Develop and maintain BW data models, BEx queries, and reports
  • Monitor system loads, process chains, error logs, and resolve issues
  • Support Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and other BI platforms
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Change Management policies

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years' SAP BW development experience
  • 2+ years' BW administration functions
  • Strong knowledge of BW data modeling, extractors, DTP, transformations
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and exposure to Azure Data Lake/ADF
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills
