Role Description

Qualifications

- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing diverse customer needs
- Excellent written communication skills suitable for non-voice account interactions
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets
- Previous experience in healthcare or collections-related roles is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous
