What You'll Be Doing:

We're looking for a dedicated Analytics Agent to join our fast-paced Appointment Setting team. This role is crucial in ensuring our setters and closers are following processes, leads are worked effectively, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Daily Monitoring:

-Check the Conversations Tab/Setter Dashboard (hourly checks, alternating with another agent).

-Inform setters of leads that need follow-up or new dispositions.

-Review agent dispositions from the previous day, note missed ones, and send updates to the Director of Appointment Setting.

-Submit reports once checks are completed.

Lead & Call Auditing:

-Prioritize leads from AZ, DFW, then Houston.

-Ensure Speed to Lead SOP is followed (calls within 2 minutes, then 3x every 3 hours).

-Audit new lead dialing in GHL—check if leads are called every 2–3 hours and properly dispositioned.

-Remind setters to re-engage leads if they're overdue.

-Audit pipelines & smart lists to ensure full coverage of leads.

-Remove incorrectly dispositioned leads from pipelines and correct automation.

Reporting & Accountability:

Submit reports on:

-Speed-to-lead latency (time received vs. time called, and by whom).

-Missed follow-ups or long gaps between calls.

-Discovery calls not rescheduled, missed follow-ups, and no-shows not being contacted frequently.

Data Management:

-Perform daily cleanup of duplicates from the Master Raw Data Sheet (Tabs 13, 13.5, and 16).

What We're Looking for:

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Experience in auditing, analytics, or appointment setting support

-Proficiency with CRM tools (GHL preferred) and spreadsheets

-Strong communication skills to coordinate with setters and management

-Reliable and proactive in spotting issues before they become problems

What You'll Need:

-Fluent in English

-Minimum 2 years of customer service/appointment setting/ BPO experience or related field
