Data Architect

This is a senior, cross-functional architecture role responsible for Regal's end-to-end data integrity, auditability, and scalability. You'll design, govern, and optimize how data moves between Zoho One, QuickBooks, AWS, HubSpot, Drata, and our agentic AI infrastructure — ensuring every dataset is structured, traceable, and compliant. You will also establish the systems that feed executive reporting, AI performance dashboards, and compliance audits — serving as Regal's central "data truth" steward.

Core Responsibilities:

Data Architecture & Governance

• Design and maintain Regal's hybrid data lake (AWS S3 + Zoho WorkDrive + SharePoint) as the central intelligence layer for analytics, compliance, and agentic AI.
• Define and enforce naming conventions, field hierarchies, and access-control logic across Zoho One, AWS, and HubSpot.
• Model entity relationships linking CRM (HubSpot), Zoho modules (Books, People, Analytics), QuickBooks, and Drata.
• Establish metadata tagging and lineage documentation for GPT logs, compliance data, and audit evidence.
• Conduct monthly data-quality and reconciliation audits across all connected systems.

Financial & Operational Integrations

• Architect and govern QuickBooks → Zoho Analytics data pipelines (or future Zoho Books migration).
• Map chart-of-accounts, expense categories, and client revenue fields for unified P&L and cost-per-unit dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity across finance, operations, and AI-generated reporting.
• Archive and version financial data in AWS for audit traceability.
• Collaborate with Evan and Christina to align financial, AI, and compliance metrics.

Zoho One System Integration

• Lead the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Books, People, Analytics, WorkDrive) as Regal's core operational platform.
• Integrate Zoho with QuickBooks, AWS, Drata, HubSpot, ClickUp, and HR systems via APIs or n8n/Zoho Flow automations.
• Standardize KPI logic and data models across business units.
• Implement data retention and deletion policies compliant with SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Govern permissioning and ownership policies across all Zoho modules.

HubSpot & Sales Data Standardization

• Own integration and data consistency between HubSpot CRM, Zoho Analytics, and QuickBooks.
• Define data models for lead → deal → revenue attribution, ensuring sales KPIs and compensation dashboards remain accurate.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to build unified, auditable reporting across all deal sources.
• Manage migration and data mapping as Regal phases out Array and transitions to direct credit bureau integrations for monitoring services.

Agentic AI & Data-Lake Enablement

• Architect datasets supporting agentic GPT workflows, including retrieval-augmented data and decision logs.
• Build and maintain vectorized embeddings and indexes (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Kendra) for AI contextual grounding.
• Define "agent-ready" data tagging (freshness, provenance, permissions).
• Ensure every AI decision and prompt-output is logged, auditable, and reversible under SOC 2 standards.
• Collaborate with AI Architect and Christina to embed audit rules into GPT pipelines.

Compliance, Security & Identity

• Work with (Compliance Lead) and CyberSweep to align SOC 2/GDPR documentation across all platforms.
• Integrate Drata compliance metadata into Zoho Analytics dashboards for real-time status visibility.
• Classify and tag data assets for confidentiality, sensitivity, and retention categories.
• Support CyberSweep's security data integration into Regal's data lake.
• Ensure compliance-triggered audit logs and deletion workflows are automated across systems.

Reporting & Data Enablement

• Own Regal's master data dictionary and unified metric definitions.
• CCreate executive dashboards for AI performance, compliance posture, and financial metrics.
• Maintain consistent KPI logic across Zoho Analytics, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Drata.
• Deliver monthly data quality scorecards and investor-ready reporting packs.
• Build SOPs for self-serve analytics and structured documentation for all reports.

Automation Governance

• Govern all data-related automation within n8n, Zoho Flow, and ClickUp.
• Document workflow dependencies and maintain change logs for each integration.
• Prevent duplication and ensure versioned, traceable syncs between tools.
• Coordinate API credentials, access permissions, and webhook policies

HR, People, and Test Data Analytics

• Integrate Zoho People, TestGorilla, and payroll data into Zoho Analytics for performance and salary dashboards.
• Maintain HR data compliance and retention schedules.
• Support the PeopleOps team with analytics for training, promotion readiness, and performance audits.

Investor & Data Room Reporting

• Prepare investor-ready data extracts and dashboards aligned with Regal's valuation and KPI model.
• Maintain dataset versioning for historical and audited reporting cycles.
• Ensure alignment between investor reporting, Zoho Analytics, and the official Data Room metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years in data architecture, governance, or enterprise data systems
• Advanced experience with Zoho One (CRM, Books, People, Analytics, WorkDrive)
• Hands-on experience building and governing AWS data lakes
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM integrations and sales data pipelines
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting integrations
• Proven experience with SOC 2 / GDPR data traceability and deletion compliance
• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and automation platforms (n8n, Zoho Flow)
• Exceptional written and async communication skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with metadata cataloging (Atlan, Collibra, Saketree)
• Familiarity with Drata, Torii, or CyberSweep integration
• Knowledge of GA4, Stripe, or bureau API data flows
• Experience developing AI governance dashboards or audit-ready data systems
• History of mentoring analysts or managing cross-functional data teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php300,000.00 per month
