DTC Digital Marketing Project Manager (Agency)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DTC Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-paced agency and oversee the execution of comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies for multiple Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) client accounts. This role is the central hub, responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of work across key marketing channels and platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, and SEO.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery (The Core)

  • Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end management of all digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce projects for assigned DTC clients, from kickoff and planning through execution, launch, and post-project review.
  • Task Orchestration: Convert client strategies and internal plans into detailed, actionable tasks, clear briefs, and deliverables for channel-specific teams (Paid Media, Email/SMS, SEO, Creative, Web Development).
  • Team Coordination: Conduct daily stand-ups, manage sprints (using Agile/Scrum or a hybrid methodology), and continuously monitor team workloads to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks. Actively "push" tasks forward to maintain momentum and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Timeline & Resource Management: Develop, maintain, and communicate accurate project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans for multiple simultaneous accounts using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee final creative, copy, and technical QA checks, particularly for Klaviyo flows, Shopify updates, and ad assets, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client strategy before launch.

Cross-Channel Execution Focus

  • Paid Media (Google & Meta): Facilitate the workflow for paid media tasks, ensuring creative assets, copy briefs, tracking links, and landing page requirements are delivered to the Paid Media team on schedule for timely campaign launches and optimizations across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • CRM/Email (Klaviyo): Manage the execution of email and SMS marketing projects, including campaign calendar development, coordinating creative and copy for Klaviyo flows and campaigns, and ensuring proper segmentation and QA.
  • E-commerce & Technical (Shopify & SEO): Coordinate the delivery of web development and technical SEO tasks on the Shopify platform, including site updates, page speed improvements, new feature rollouts, and technical SEO audits/fixes (e.g., product page optimization, metadata updates).

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Performance Monitoring: Work closely with Analysts and Channel Leads to monitor project impact, ensuring that execution aligns with performance goals (e.g., ROAS, CVR, AOV).
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and lead regular internal and external project status meetings, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, and potential risks.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, in an agency setting managing multiple clients, with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Creative, Web Dev).
  • Deep operational knowledge of key DTC platforms and channels is non-negotiable:
  • E-commerce: Shopify (or Shopify Plus).
  • CRM/Email: Klaviyo (or a similar ESP like Mailchimp/Attentive).
  • Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Organic: SEO (tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Expert-level proficiency with project management tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, Open Rate, CTR) and how project execution impacts these KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical/marketing jargon for clients.
  • FLUENT ENGLISH.
