Job Title: Process Analyst

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Department: Production / Process Engineering

We are looking for a Process Analyst who will support process improvement initiatives within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role requires knowledge in production processes, process engineering concepts, and time-and-motion studies. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct time and motion studies on machines and manpower to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support process validation, line layout studies, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Review and monitor production process flows to maintain consistency and compliance with GMP standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to process analysis and improvements.
  • Provide technical support during trials, investigations, and process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering (required).
  • Must have experience in Production, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setup.
  • With background or understanding of Process Engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledgeable in time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and productivity improvement.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant manufacturing or process flow internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
