Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate hospital processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and track performance indicators to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Support departments in meeting hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct process reviews, internal audits, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with different units to promote continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Nursing, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in quality management or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with data or process analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
