Job Summary:
The Technical Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving technical processes and systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves gathering data, identifying areas for improvement, developing technical documentation, and supporting implementation of new systems or process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical data, system workflows, and production or process efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to enhance system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors or IT teams for system updates, testing, and integration.
- Prepare reports and metrics to track performance and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance / related course
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or process improvement role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Good understanding of manufacturing systems, ERP/SAP (if in manufacturing), or system analysis (if in IT).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
