Job Summary:

The QA Analyst ensures that all products and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring, inspection, testing, and documentation of dairy production and related operations to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and sampling during different stages of production.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and government quality standards (e.g., FDA).
  • Maintain and update QA records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Laboratory teams to address quality issues.
  • Perform product testing (physical, chemical, and microbiological, as applicable).
  • Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits.
  • Assist in training personnel on quality assurance procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Monitor sanitation, equipment calibration, and hygiene standards in production areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in dairy or food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in dairy production or agricultural product testing.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other quality management systems is a plus.
