Job description

The Process Analyst analyzes manufacturing data and identifies opportunities for improvement. He/she conducts data, collection, creates reports, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. The position requires profiency in data collection and analysis, an understanding of the manufacturing process, and keen observation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (or any statistical software), including advanced functions in necessary. The Process Analyst is an Industrial Engineer, a Pharmacist, a Chemist or a graduate of Operations Management.

  • Assist in the collection and analysis of process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate findings to management and/or stakeholders.
  • Help maintain databases and ensure data integrity across manufacturing systems to be used for product quality review.
  • Assist in conducting root cause analysis to address production issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain performance metrics dashboards that provide visibility into manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in conducting machine performance qualifications through verifying performance, consistency, process stability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in conducting plant audits through observation and assessment of workflows and identifying bottlenecks and efficiencies, checking if finished good meet quality specifications, and adherence to cGMP.
  • Assist in preparation annual budget.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head or the head of department.
