Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement and inventory operations of our hospitality group. You will assist in sourcing ingredients, supplies, and materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and supplier documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling stock records.
  • Ensure all purchases meet quality and food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and pricing records.
  • Support cost tracking and reporting for the Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
  • 6 mos of experience in purchasing or inventory (preferably in food or hospitality).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
