Tasks & Responsibilities:

-Preparation of PR and PO for purchasing

-Responsible in sourcing suppliers for price comparison to deliver the quality items

-Negotiates with suppliers to get better prices, deals, terms, discounts to ensure prompt delivery

-Ensures that all Purchase Orders are duly approved and in accordance with the approval matrix before execution.

-Prepares and reviews purchase requisitions and orders for accuracy and ensures compliance with the published lead-time and Company's policies and procedures.

-Prepare and submits required Reports on timely manner.

-Develops master files, templates, forms, reports and checklists to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Purchasing Team.

-Develops, coordinates and implements systems, procedures and controls to ensure an effective and centralized purchasing

-Demonstrates personal responsibility and loyalty to the Company by adhering to corporate principles of business conduct especially in relation to conflict of interest

-Performs other duties as maybe deemed necessary and other instructions from the immediate superior
