About the Role

We're seeking a Support Specialist with hands-on experience in ISO-based management systems—specifically ISO Environment), ISO Health & Safety), and ISO Energy). This role supports the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of our Environmental, Health & Safety, and Energy programs, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure our systems are compliant, effective, and continuously improving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001-aligned systems
  • Analyzing program data (energy, water, waste, H&S) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Preparing presentation materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, plus ad hoc requests
  • Assisting in documentation of procedures, metrics, and audit records
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and regulations
  • Participating in incident reviews, audits, and system updates as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO-based systems support or EHS/Energy program coordination
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 50001 frameworks
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—for working with multinational teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams
