Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the company's financial activities and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. This role will play a critical part in managing daily accounting operations, leading a team, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Manage and streamline all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.

  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sound financial management.

  • Assist in financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

  • Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring professional development and high performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, lead a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
